Symptoms, signs and abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, not elsewhere classified

They are then broken down:

R00-R09 Symptoms and signs involving the circulatory and respiratory systems

With for instance R09 being: Other symptoms and signs involving the circulatory and respiratory system

And in the most general terms: R50-R69 General symptoms and signs
