hi, i got question for all you folks out here. My uncle's best friend, contracted BSE (mad cow diease), after a few weeks or month of its intial attack on his body he started saying that the bilboards or, advertisments onm the sides of buses were sending him messages, I was wondering if it is possible to pick up subliminal messaging with decreased brain functions like those induced by BSE? Anyhow thanks for your atttention.

p.s he contracted it when he was in the royal marines.

Actually, there are many illnesses that may result in disorders, where the individual gets vivid imagery and things like that. Research to find out more.
