Our house has been invaded by the Brown marmorated stink bug! They came in for winter (I have no idea where, because they are kind of big) and I guess they are waking up and trying to leave. Lukcily so far they haven't emitted the smell, they are actually not exactly at their best game, just like winter flies.

Nevertheless I keep finding them all over the house, always just 1 at a time. I just nicely pick them up and throw out of the window. There is no good way to get ride of them...

Just don't close them in between two hands, they can sting you with their beak.

As to how they come in.. they can fly, so they might come in through the windows, or on your clothes.
 
It is the same stink bug that reenters your home. It knows how to sneak back in all of the time. You'll need to throw him much farther away than just outside your window. Take it down the road near a friends house then re;ease it! ;)
