Spinning the psi-wheel! Any pointers?

This one is for any and all telekinetics. I've been trying to get the psi-wheel to spin with little success (a twich here and a woble there). I know ill eventualy get there but i was just curious as to what methods are used by the tk members of the forum. Any and all responses are welcome, but keep in mind this is not a thread debating wether these abillities are real or not. All im asking for is a little assistance. Thanx for the help ahead of time.

cheating is lame, what you need is a F*** load of concentration, i have been practising for years and can only do basic forms of telepathy, TK is the hardest form because you have to turn neuro-signals into energy

Have you spun the wheel yet? and if you have how long did it take you?
 
i have never heard of the wheel before, and as i previously stated i am only able to use a basic form of telepathy
