Should Communists regulate pilgrims?

As a result of the latest religious stampede in India resulting in 168 dead:

"The Communist Party of India (Marxist) called on the government to begin regulating the flow of pilgrims at places of worship."

I find it outrageous that Communists trying to regulate the apparently deadly, but FREE flow of pilgrims!!!

Whats wrong with calling for a little order in extremely crowded places? There is actually tons of crowd control in the United States and some places in Europe. The U.S. government regulates people to a large extent, but you probably just don't notice it.

Crowd control at Walmart works pretty well too. On Black Friday some people might get hurt while running when the doors open, but no 150 dead people...
