I believe that in criminal courts in the modern word cases can be incredibly complex, especially in cases of fraud or corruption, do you think that in some cases a jury with an average IQ of 100 would not be able to reach the correct desicion wheras a jury with an average IQ of 120 would, in which case should the Jury selection process be random or should the government keep a register of intelligent humans fit for complicated jury duty, baring in mind that a working class defendant may benifit from a working class jury.

I wouldn't think that IQ should be brought into the cases for determining the IQ's is a very complex and sometimes contraversial to say the least. How would one devise a IQ test everytime there's a lawsuit? Would there be enough of the higher IQ'd people there to select a jury from? Say that 500 people were selected inthe jury pool, how many of them would get a 120 or above rating, say 50, out of those 50 can a jury be selected that would be fair and impartial? It would take a great deal of time to test everyone everytime they came up for jury duty and not many would like to be tested either.
