Personally I think its a bit overdone especially when its considered sexual harasment when a boy calls a girl a name in middle school that in my mind is taking it a bit too far. The damage that could result from this could harm the normal development of that kid of making him feel guilty and fearful ever approaching a female later in life because he got burned when he was a kid. I read a couple of articles that show how the schools got sued by the girl *the victim* and won money so I figure its gonna spread and eventually "no tolerance policy" those administrative retards love so much will be applied even if a kid calls someone a name...
