He then connected to the SMPD. Shogun then said to the police chief,

"Blackbirds will operate in Solstice, as well as other active army units, ask no questions,"

"My lord, it is impossible, we can't do this,"

Shogun then said,

"Then make it possible, that is an order,"

The chief hesitated and said in resignation,

"Yes......my lord,"

After some walking, they reached the command center. It was magnificent. Computers everywhere, displaying all the information one could ever need. "Soon we will send the message." "What if they track it here?" "They can't, we are using a computer in downtown Solstice for the transmission."

"115th Regiment, 118th Regiment, 144th Tactical Air Wing, and Blackbird 11th Battalion are to deploy immediately,"

Shogun then growled, external and internal enemies.

I strolled down the street for a while. I wonder what jack and even shogun were up to right now.

I had just broke into a chemical plant and picked up loads of arsine, around 20 liters of the stuff.

Arsine has the molecular formula: AsH3

25-30 Parts per million is fatal at 30 minutes of exposure.

250 parts per million is rapidly fatal. Chances are around 25 milliliters of the stuff at very high concentration can probably kill in less than a minute.
