Whether Insulin Resistance/Diabetes type2 is a "genetically predisposed" disease or caused by modern lifestyle, living in big cities & polluted environment?
Does modern lifestyle make us to eat more & unplanned, which may result into excess glucose in blood?
If yes, Can IR be due to cell's unwillingness of taking this excess glucose & to keep their internal envirinment in order?
