Ok I was wondering what all it took to keep muscles alive and working out side a body? blood or some other transport device and nutrients air vitamins and have something filter out toxins and such from the blood?

Another thing is do we know what genes are needed from plants to make chlorophyll?

A sterile enviroment....probably a sterile pool of blood and a generator to filter and replenish the blood.

The cells would need oxygen (in the form of oxygenated blood). So add an oxygenator to that list
