Proof of the supernatural

You obviously didn't read my post at all did you?
1) Science isn't "coming to terms" with it - all that may (possibly) happen is that "death" gets a new definition. I.e. what we currently classify as "dead" turns out not to be.
2) There is NO reliable data to support your claim.

well religion always knew that there is something after death, so science is catching up.

No reliable data for you, but ghost sightings, psychics, being able to communicate with the dead (as some can d0), it all adds up.

No it didn't.

so science is catching up.
This is, as already explained to you twice, false.

What?
Ghosts - you'd have to A) show that they actually exist and B) show that they are in fact "dead people". Neither has been done so far.
Psychics - there's no such thing.
Communicating with the dead - again, no one has ever done this.

it all adds up.
0+0+0 = 0.
Got it.

If one actually had proof of the "supernatural", then would it still be classified as "supernatural"?

No it didn't.

0+0+0 = 0.
Got it.

what about all the psychics that try to help people.

what about all those that claim to communicate with the dead?

Hmm, I've seen many "psychics" listed in my local phone book... They ALL charge money. So much for helping folks, just a money making scam, praying on the gullible.

As for communicating with the dead... TFF.
Seems to me, if I can communicate with X, then X isn't really dead.

what about all the psychics that try to help people.
What about them?
They're either frauds or seriously deluded.
And working on the deluded and gullible.

what about all those that claim to communicate with the dead?
People can claim whatever they like.
It doesn't mean that their claims are true.
(And in this case they're not true).

Beyond the realm of science does not mean beyond the realm of possibility.

so...............
had any good out of body experiences lately?

I would like to tell you all a little more about myself. I believe in god, and i have my own religious beliefs.

some say I'm a little anti-science, well, i don't know about that. priests have helped me by banishing the evil in my life, and I do take psychics help every now and then, and they have been very accurate for me, yes i do pay them, but it's just the way the world works, and they tell me being psychic is hard too, it's emotionally very draiining. this is all proof to me.

well my cousin after he got help, he became very well, but then turned his back on what helped him, and he no longer believes what we did helped him, and that it was him that sorted things out for himself. he tells me i'm very gullible.

I do want to learn more about what helped me and my family, possibly if i can do it on my own, cleansings, exorcisms etc, but at the same time I'm here because I would like to know opposing views of it,

people keep telling me that my experiences are not evidence or proof.

a psychic has been very helpful to me, is very accurate, cleansing did miracles for me, so you must understand why i believe it, it worked for me. I can't force anyone, but I can only vouch for what worked for me.

i guess my question is why has my psychic been so accurate, and why things worked for me? and why wouldn't i believe it if it worked for me?

I.e. an anti-science perspective.

Confirmation bias.
She/ he is a very clever at reading cues.
You're gullible.
You're both delusional (or you are and she/ he is a good fraud).

what does supernatural mean to you? it is very integral to my life, as you can see.

And as for my psychic, i have never been able to fool her, i've tried and she is always right.

I knew a guy in Nam who seemingly always knew when we would be attacked. If I saw him up and pacing, I knew to keep what I needed handy, and be ready to run for the bunker.
One night, he was missing---and we were attacked. I found him sleeping in the bunker(which, oddly enough was against the rules).
I asked him if he had a sixth sense----his response was: "No, just a heightening of the other 5---anything out of place, like a Vietnamese guy behaving oddly, or command seeming confused, or......etc...etc..."
Was he deluded? Did he "have the gift"?

Personally, I suspect that we simply do not know the extent of the mental and other abilities of sapiens-sapiens, and what seems beyond the "natural" may indeed be within the realm of our possibilities.

Have you ever had a premonition? Have you ever had a sense that you knew what you had never seen(deja vu)?
Did you ever wander into a strange town, and know where every building was before you saw them?
I have. And, do not know if the experiences were just common sense, or something else.

I have participated in studies planned to determine psychic abilities(as an experimenter), and thought the experiments poorly planned, much like a child planning an experiment to determine the orgasmic climax of sex(with no knowledge/experience of the act).

Symbols on cards, or random numbers-----------maybe, it just don't work that way?

How did you try to fool her? Do you understand that people can read your body cues to know if you are lying or not? I believe in supernatural things that cannot be or is hard to be tested by science. Psychics can be tested by science and none of them have proven their abilities. James Randi will pay 1 million dollars to anyone that can prove it and no one has. http://web.randi.org/the-million-dollar-challenge.html

Also watch this video especially the psychic part. People are too gullible.

http://www.hulu.com/watch/681223

Or this small clip:

I believe that boy had knowledge of a past life and I believe these people heard a voice because of the evidence behind it. Just because I believe these things doesn't make me gullible.

Wrong.

No it doesn't, as explained previously.

No, you are wrong, and I've explained it to you previously. You just put your head in the sand and won't listen. Supernatural means not natural. When something is truly unexplained, it means the natural world has tested it to the best of its capabilities and can't offer an explanation. That is what unexplained means. If the natural world can't explain it, it is therefore supernatural.

You did not understand the definition of UFOs (unidentified = unexplained = supernatural) and you do not understand the definition of supernatural.

There's no evidence that supernatural things are real.

If there was evidence for them then they'd be scientific fact.
