Yes, it's just beginning to spread on the web, Polanski has finally won a round in this moral, pseudo-science battle. He will be under electronic surveillance if the government does not appeal or looses the appeal.

What are the chances he'll ask the Macgyver question and remove it like this guy shows on youtube? The youtube video name is: MUVCvc1RkBQ

If he makes it out on bail, what does this say about Switzerland?

If he jumps bail, what does this say about Polanski?
 
It is possible he will escape to France and he will nevr be transferred to the US .
In France he is well known and well admired .
