What exactly is a Piss Shiver?

Well, depending on your gender, you might not have experienced it. In fact, if you're a bloke you might not have experienced it either. You know when you're squeezing (not literally) the last few drops out, and you get a shiver that starts in your back and spreads to your whole body? That's a piss shiver. I believe it's the formal medical term for it.

I very much doubt that "piss shiver" is a formal medical term!
