Not really sure how to describe it. I know people experience pain in dreams due to memories of pain and such. I used to have a recurring dream of a knife going through my lower back which really hurt. But the weird thing is, I would feel the pain during the day whenever I was stressed. I don't have this anymore, it was years ago, but if someone touches my back now - like, pokes it, I really panic.
