Peoples of the world: read this

Our un-elected leader has chosen a theme for his re-election campaign.

Bush offered a broad defense of his foreign policy and said
his message that "the world is more peaceful and more
free under my leadership"

I know we have discussed this question many times before,
but is the world a safer place under this moron?

My stance is, no. The world is facing the greatest danger
to stability and peace in as long as I can remember.

1) He has abandoned discussion and peaceful resolution of conflict.
2) He has alienated the entire world with his approach to iraq.
3) He has set a dangerous precedence by invading Iraq out of sheer "fear of the enemy". Pre-emptive war.
What is next? Israel invading Palestine?
India invading Pakistan/Kashmir? China invading Taiwan?
4) He has undermined Democracy at home and abroad
5) Contributed to the world economic collapse.

Well...

It all depends on whom you ask, lest we forget that Bush can't make everyone happy. I mean he made the 1% of the US income bracket VERY happy. He made the Zionists very happy as well by getting rid of Saddamo, he has made his enemies happier my mortgaging the US' economic prospects by making permanent tax cuts that even with a full economic recovery the US would still be $100 billion in deficit. Surely 3.2 million Americans who have no job since the start of his presidency are happy, hey so are 24 million Iraqis who are on the verge of civil anarchy and war, Americans should be happy that the greatest danger to the US in terms of WMD is gone, NK... sorry Iraq (slip). The world is happy that the precedent has been set to invade nations that present "a threat" to you, the world is better off with the proposals to create mini-nukes, the world is joyously singing the praises of the Great President of the post-modern era... George W. Bush.

Good point.

I wouldn't stop at GWB for the blame game, though.

Clinton had a foo-barred foreign policy as well. The difference
is ofcourse Clinton was a "unitor" and not a "dividor" :D

( Those terms are Bush-speak )

But.. But.. But.... it's George "Dubya" Bush!!! The great saviour of the free world!! Just think of all he's contributed to society since he "stole" the presidency out from under the Democrats noses... Where would we be if he wasn't around? We wouldn't be at war... We'd have a better environment... America's young would not be dying over in Iraq... He has ensured that American's are protected from international scrutiny for any crimes against humanity... America wouldn't have have a President saying such gems as "Is our children learning"... out of his concern for education of course.. choking laughter.....

He wants to protect the world, bring peace to the world. Hence why the US is now at war and he's looking at Syria, Iran and North Korea. Pakistan has become a new friend and wont be looked at again just as yet... not until the US is out of Afghanistan of course:D.

Lets face it, old Georgie is like Mr Burns from the Simpsons... only with less brain capacity and intelligence of Homer with a Sideshow Bob complex. If it wasn't so damn sad it'd be funny...

Hmmm. Hold up here a sec...

"the world is more peaceful and more
free under my leadership"

And since when has the world been under his leadership? Dunno 'bout you georgy boy, but I happen to live in a seperate soverign nation and I sure as heck didn't elect you to be my leader....

"Credibility comes when you say something is going to happen and then it does happen…You are not credible if you issue resolutions and then nothing happens."
-George W Bush
....Or if you invade nations and no threat is found, maybe?

CLAIM:
"So I’ve proposed additional measures to keep the economy on the path to greater job creation…by making permanent the tax cuts that have helped our economy.” - George Bush
FACT:
Since first Bush tax cut took effect in June 2001, the U.S. economy has lost 2.75 million jobs – the unemployment rate has risen from 4.4% to 6.1%. Since the second Bush tax cut took effect in May 2003, the economy has shed 124,000 more jobs.

CLAIM:
“We welcome Muslims in our country.”
FACT:
In August of 2002, the Justice Department promulgated a regulation that required men residing in the United States on temporary visas from 25 predominately Muslim countries to meet “special registration requirements.” Since that time, over 82,000 Muslim men have been photographed, fingerprinted and subjected to interrogation.
....Not to mention the hundreds of AMERICAN CITIZENS being held in Cuba with NO charges with NO lawyer.
