Why can't poor people sell their healthy organs for cash? What is 10,000 dollars and some after care in trade for a better life? We come with backup organs, and we can in manycase live with just one, or even a portion of one organ. Then there are aesthetic changes, particularly in Gender reassignment surgery, I can imagine a willingness to purchase a more attractive organ than that which is artificially available. What do you think?

Buying human organs from living people is seen as unethical and they are afraid of having organ gangs since the cost of good organs is so high.
