One question about Facebook

It's sort of funny in a weird strange sort of way, but I had a brother who passed away a couple of years ago who was an avid facebook fan. I requested that his account be placed in memorial and then deleted.
Even after supposedly deleting his account he occasionally turns up on my friends list as active, and so too does his page.
So I conclude that no matter what you do, no matter whom you talk to, you are on facebook for life and it appears death as well.
This has occurred for other deceased users as well...

I intentionally used fake name from the very beginning and then I changed it to another fake one.

I know what is deactivation, but when I do it my text/photos that I send to others stay in their correspondence. And I want it to be erased in their accounts.

I don't know of any options to memorialize a facebook page - I've never been in that sort of a situation before. I do know, however, that some extensions may appear visible even though the account itself has been deleted. If there was any memorial on the account itself it may still be visible, even thought the account itself has been deleted. I don't know enough about your particular situation to say whether this is true or not, it's just a theory.

Not possible as far as I can tell as theoretically the information that you sent them is now their "property" and not yours.
Also... due to the incredibly inexpensive ability to store vast amounts of data these days I would expect FaceBook and other networking situations would be hording data regardless of what they say pubically. (including so called private message content)

Most (non-tech) error messages rarely relate directly to the error involved. They are used as a convenience mainly to indicate that something is not as expected.
The two messages refer to facebook's anti spam policies and that's about it. Automated and designed to make you feel they are in control.

Perhaps if you report your own account as being a spammer or for posting inappropriate material, Facebook may remove your content and indicate the error messages.
BTW I have never tried this, so I have really no idea if it would work as planned...
you could always falsely claim that your account had been hacked later...

I think they might log IP's....
 
I had a FB situation just a few weeks ago. Someone created a duplicate FB page for an old work buddy of mine and proceeded t0 claim that the group I was a part of was listed as having won money from a Power Ball lottery. So he does grab your interest right away, but then he also sends a friend request and also provides another FB name and page and request you send him a friend request to find out more about the winnings you might be entitled to.

First I was already friends with my work buddy, so why was I getting a new friend request. Second his page had a very short timeline (1 year). I knew he had lots of years on his timeline, so that was kind of fishy. Third, I have never really trusted anybody wanting to give me thousands of dollars. While thinking about these things I was contacted by another work buddy who was also contacted as being a part of this group and he flat out said it was a con to get personal Info from anybody falling for the scam.

In any event the person who's page was duplicated contacted FB and had the page deleted out of FB completely. At first glance it looked to be the real page of my friend. It's like everything else in this life, be vigilant and if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

FB is not the way it used to be, and if you haven't paid any attention to it for awhile, I would suggest you check it out again and spend a little time getting to know it. Especially check out the groups function. I've already joined a few very productive FB groups.

Could you please indicate me specialized web-forum (for computer software) where I will be able to receive a good advice on this issue :)
 
Facebook does not delete anything. Ever.
If the content is offensive or if you delete it, they take it offline, but they keep a copy.
You yield information to them freely, and they gladly keep it and use it for their own means.
If you put something on there, you can rest assured that it is going to stay there forever, unless you sue them.
If you don't believe me, you can send them a foia request.
