OK, I gotta start somewhere!

I didn't know so many people were into neural research. I also work on the spine. Actually neural stem cells.

I found this thread very informative.

One day Nick, some of your lesser threads will be purged to the Cesspool and your inflated post count will take a nose dive. Actually I'm surprised nobodies asked if you work in Advertising.... as a spam bot.

Seriously though for the OP (Original Poster), I'm sure all of sciforums welcomes you including myself and including Nick in his own 'unique' way.

that's pretty cool :D

I'm not a researcher though... I am an engineer, I used to work for the brazilian representative of Zimmer Spine in Brazil, as responsable technician... so my area of knowledge was biomechanics of the spine and the interactions of the spinal components... also degenerative diseases and how to stop them

I miss that job :(

Welcome. I haven't been here long myself but from what I've observed so far the best things to do to get people to respond to you, are to

1. act like an asshole whenver possible
2. make outrageous claims without providing any support for them, and
3. ask stupid questions that a 4 year old would feel ashamed asking

All of the above is true, but the last one.. It's fun..

Ah, you who thinks you know so much. The best questions are asked by four year olds!
