Oil Reserves in the U.S. Upped

I never made the claim..

You didn't put up any evidence at all :bugeye:

I have posted site after site with information on abiotic oil, and the theory of how it is formed, and how it picks up its genetic markers.

A very simple experiment to show how it can happen is done every morning in billion of house holds, it's called brewing the morning coffee or tea.

Now how obtuse are you?

LOL
You mean that post in which you state that carbon and hydrogen are abiotic ?
Or that post in which you think methane is oil ?

Negative.
Neither of those posts would be the posts to which he is referring to.
Do you need a link or would you rather continue with your facetiousness? It's fun, yes? Playing a role?

Btw, facetious ?
I was surprised by his statement and asked him how this abiotic oil came to be.
I never made a statement either way.

I never said carbon is only abiotic, much of it is biotic, and much of it is a abiotic. (That is according to the information of the site I quoted)

If the biotic theory is true and the abiotic theory is false, then just how much zooplankton and phytoplankton would have to have existed in the atmosphere of Saturn's moon Titan? And if heat and pressure are required, how did all that liquid hydrocarbon get produced on Titan where the temperature can be -183º Celsius?

Just how much zooplankton and phytoplankton would have had to have existed, in the atmosphere of Saturn's moon Titan, where the temperature can be -183º Celsius, to produce all that liquid hydrocarbon?

I'm sorry.. ? How does methane equate to oil in your mind ?

Then you really should read the thread if you want to participate. I've only glanced over this thread and I knew what he was referring to.

By the way, I neither advocate nor deny abiotic claims of oil. It's interesting but I have no expertise in the field with which to make a decision.
It would be nice. But, as they say, if wishes were fishes we'd all cast nets.

Hmm ok, I thought the thread was about something else though.
Besides, Buffalo broad it up out of thin air. Then he claimed I made a claim to the opposite.

Neither do I. Although I have to admit that I thought that oil was solely of organic origin.

Methane is simply CH3. Oil is a bit more complex.

Thank you Inverted, a person of superior intellect, and a true scholar, In the step by step form of logic I was next going to ask him if Oil was a hydro carbon, and then again point to Titian, and again ask;

Just how much zooplankton and phytoplankton would have had to have existed, in the atmosphere of Saturn's moon Titan, where the temperature can be -183º Celsius, to produce all that liquid hydrocarbon?

If hydro carbons can form without zooplankton and phytoplankton, abioticly, on Titan, what is to stop the process from happening here?

For the last time, methane is not oil.. my god.
Never mind though, I lost interest.. you should do something about your attitude.
