I read something similar on CNN, that his spokesperson said there was still a chance for him to go, and he wasn't thinking negatively, and still has hopes to go, if he pays by the end of the week or something?
 
Not that I know how much it is, but... why wouldn't he have it? Do you not know who he is? :p
