No idea of sequencing analysis

Hi all, I'm glad to have found a forum in which there are so interesting themes. I'm a PhD student from Spain who is trying to analyze some genetic sequences from hepatitis E. The problem is that I have no idea of this issue. Maybe some of you would be so kind of reccomend to me some basic guide on line to begin understanding. Thank you very much. :)

You will have to be a lot more specific than that. Your phrase “analyze some genetic sequences” could mean a lot of different things. What do you specifically want to achieve?<P>
