New team applies for the X-Prize

It appears that a new team has submitted its application to become an X PRIZE competitor

An innovative phase one, phase two, phase four development scheme.

Where does it say that they've joined the X-Prize? I'd doubt that the organisers would let them in.

They're a bunch of flakes, or snake-oil salesmen, or both.

They have a Yahoo! Newsgroup. The first announcement was made there. Thus far they have only submitted their application.
