Well, he's got a concrete avatar focus. Me? Wellllll I wouldn't say that, I change mine like, every day, 'cause I can't find one that just...fits. 37, I salute you!

I have that same avatar problem. How can you make a visual represenation of the word 'Congrats'....like a handshake, or a clap on the back? It's tough....
