I have an assignment question about correlations between certain single nucleotide polymorphs of a gene.
The problem is that the question seems to use different naming schemes for the SNPs, I think I need to translate them, and I don't know how.
Most look like this:
rs1128503, rs12202184, rs2032588, rs1045642, rs2235023, rs12334183
But one looks like this:
2677G>TA
Is it possible to translate that one to look like the others?
The gene is the human ABCB1 gene, if that's relevant.
