Multiple terror attacks in Mumbai

Well, we're talking about lesser and greater here. You seem to think that the modern consensus is that lesser is more important, for which there is scriptural support. Other people seem to think that the consensus is that the greater jihad is more important, for which there is scriptural support. It's hardly the fault of the evil kuffar (descendants of apes and pigs and all that) that we interpret it in that way too.

There is no need for consensus on which is greater or lesser. Since by definition, the greater jihad is more important than the lesser jihad. But with westerners oppressing Muslims for oil to fill their SUVs and run their economies, harboring dictators and performing several years long occupation and "collateral" damages, its not surprising that the lesser jihad has gained prominence in western media. To the extent that the ones still wringing their hands over 3000 dead are quick to indulge in their own version of holocaust denial over "we don't do body counts".
 
How about back when the dirty Westerners and other assorted unbelievers were doing sweet FA and got invaded anyway? Spain, Balkans, India, Africa etc. :shrug:

It is not reasonable to consider or associate what happened in Mumbai with addressing or correcting oppression.

I wasn't aware of the Lavon Affair, until looking it up just now. India certainly doesn't need friends like that. Neither does Kurdistan, where Israel has also been pushing hard for a partner in segregationism.

See what military action gets us? No progress whatsoever.

Hopefully this administration will learn that diplomacy is the only answer to terrorism. The only one. You can invade a nation, topple a government, but you'll never shoot your way through an ideal. The only hope to keep terrorists from targeting us at home and abroad is to change the way we operate on the global stage.

This is proof that no amount of soldiers can stop them. They're fucking kids for Christ's sake.
