i just didnt like the rape part.
 
I thought the beggining was interesting then it fell apart at the devil worship accusitions.

I want to see a movie based on "Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy" ...

as for my own ideas...

A man lets call him Bill, lives in a quiet town somwhere in california... he lives a peaceful life untill he starts to hate his society and when he starts to hate it he notices the amount of things that force him in everyday life to love it... after a while he starts to ask questions , complain , tell friends and family. One day two agents show up at his door to take him away to a rehabilitation facility (kill him) so he runs away... then it turns into somthing close to "the fugitive" and ends with him realising that the only way to save himself and their society is to kill the man incharge.

not bad for somthing I just made up :)
 
what about instead of him killing the 'man in charge'...
he realizes the only way it will all end is if he dies, and he shoots himself. that'll be a more solemn ending. other than that, damn good.
they are making a "hitchiker's guide" movie, or hav'st thou not seen ye olde commercial for it? lol.
anyway, what about sorrow of the samurai?
i think it has a better plot than nuke. all i need are a few asian guys, and my friends know some.
 
are you just doing these movies for your own enjoyment? or are you actually filming them seriously and releasing them? some of these ideas sound really ambitious, and i'd like to see some of the stuff you've done in the past if possible.

i have some ideas of my own, but the good ones i'd like to keep in my head until i can find someone who can really help me put them into a fitting medium.
 
some of its for fun. but we are planning on making and releasing these for a profit, yeah. why not? money is good, eh?

put your ideas to type, and write a book. ive done that before.
 
ridiculously hilarious. would make a damn good comdy/kiddie flick. submit it to disney/pixar. they're better at those.

cool movies too.
we had another site, on freewebs.com....
but we never updated it...that much.
so, we deleted it, and packed up. we took our stuff to MSN...where we could put as many photos as we wanted.
once we finish posting info about each of our movies currently in-progress and such, we'll unlock it for all people to see.
 
Darnit, I missed Naomi's controversial plot idea!

Well, I'd say, something medieval, because mock swordfighting is like the funnest thing ever. I did a movie about a fairy tale in eight grade, and it totally sucked (except for one particularly inspired scene), but we had fun making it. Plus, you can ride horses (rent?), shoot arrows (If you can actually get a bow), wear armor (not real armor of course), and do all sorts of stunts. As for a plot, try a "hero vs. society" type of deal, where the hero is a virtuoso fighter, assassin , or ninga or something and trying to Kill the evil king in revenge because the king killed his father. But, the princess is in love with him, which complicates things immensly. The hero has to have an ally who dies halfway through the movie of course, and the killer is the kings personal guard, and is the real enemy, the one standing inbetween the hero and the king.

two factions of ghosts fighting it out at the wreckage of the Titanic...then humans come in..complicate things...
thats some two and a half miles below sealevel. thats about as deep as you can get.
 
try an assassain movie, or something involving a murder mystery.
or a civil war movie. just buy a bunch of replica muskets and blue & grey coats.
we tried that once, but didnt have enough people.
 
agree with duendy. If you absolutly refuse to go deep, then I reccommend my medieval idea, but I like movies with a little substance and origanality myself.
