MMA fighter hit with 400lbs more force when in a rage

I'd suggest that natural creation of chemicals is done through neurological stimulas that doesn't just effect one organ or region but a number of different corresponding organs and regions at the same time, this causes a chemistry Cocktail which isn't just pure adrenaline.

As for the synthetic, obviously it will be a higher purer dose, however because the body isn't attempting to work in unison because the mind isn't making the signals for the chemical production or unifying bodily functions, it won't have the same effect.

The problem however with using rage is while it can increase the PSI output, it can create wrecklessness and it only lasts for a short duration since it's actually tapping into the primitive nature of a survival instinict. (It's the main reason why Martial Artists don't usually just teach how to kick butt but meditation and philosophy to try and keep a person in control rather than going into a red haze.)

First they tested how hard he hit when calm, then had his trainer talk him into a rage and tested him again, then they gave him synth adrenaline and tested the effects of that. Very interesting.

I wonder why he didn't hit as hard with the synth stuff?
Because we are not machines.

EDIT - just watched the video - and anyway, there are more changes in the body than the release of adrenalin when you get really pissed off.
