Medicines and Blood flow?

Hello,

Can you simply tell:-

1. Whether just increasing blood flow and supply to tissues can also
have some curative/healing effects?

2. Whether most medicines cause increase in blood flow and increased
supply to tissues by vasodilation and increased vascular
permeabilities for the purpose of increased delivery of medicines to
tissues?

Best wishes.

In other thought, can variations in blood flow and supply and its mediators be related to all or most disorders and healings?

Though indicative indirectly, but it is not specifically indicated. So pls think deeply and reply.

Sure it can have healing effects in areas of the body which are diseased because of restricted blood flow (such as myocardial infarction).

Not most, but a lot of drugs cause vascular changes and resultant changes in blood pressure

Hello John, thanks.

To be more clear, can altering the blood flow and supply to tissues(increasing or decreasing) can have healing effects to all or most of diseases?

Not most, but a lot of drugs cause vascular changes and resultant changes in blood pressure

Whether such vascular changes are more/most increased blood flow or decreased blood flow? Whether protiens as in durgs promote vasodilation and increased transcappilary movements?
