I really thought this was just another step in the heterosexualisation process --- women using their immense blatant power over men granted by the heterosexual society --- to put pressures on men to quit masturbation, so men are completley dependant on women for sexual gratification.

Till I read the other posts and found out that part of it primarily a religious bias. Part religious part heterosexual power enjoyed by women.

And both are despicable!

God told me that heterosexuality and homosexuality were nothing more than genderism. Interesting huh? It opened my mind a bit.

And ultimately, as I've said already...what we all seek is true love and acceptance, and the intimacy that is supposed to come with it. And God is there to provide, so go for it. Anything less is a lie and a cop out...at best a stepping stone to something more fulfilling.

How can you schluff off religion yet have a place for the big JC? You're putting religion ahead of God with that. The problem with Christians is that they place Jesus above God just as Catholics place the Virgin Mary above him/her/it too. It's the same idolization that Buddha and Abraham was so vehemently against, as well as the Ten Commandments. Ya'll don't love God, you love someone else thanks to your religion that you supposedly say to ditch. You're sinners that idolize, putting God below 1st place.

No, I'm talking about how it says in the Bible that it's best for man not to have sex. Referring to saving all of his time and energy for seeking God and the enlightenment that He brings. No, you don't understand...Jesus was God...walking the earth, and in the flesh. It is true that the only way to the Father is through the Son. That has been true for me personally. I admit that I didn't always want to know that. I didn't want that to be true, but I found that it was true, regardless of what I might have wanted. It was to the point where I wanted the truth, no matter what it was, and I was shown the truth...about Jesus.

Well, I worship God the Father, and come to Him in the name of Jesus, His Son. I trust that this is what He has taught me, as I was initially looking for some "other way". You gotta wonder why it is that everyone wants anything but Jesus right? That is, until you get to know Him. I know what He has shown me. I know that everything I've experienced has been confirmed in scripture. I know that this miracle that I've experienced has revealed Biblical prophecy to me and to others. That is not to say that the truth is not shown in everything. The truth is shown in everything. But Jesus was the living, breathing Word...the embodiment of it. He is the last Word. And He is the only path beyond religion...into rebirth.

Well, what do you do when the society (religion/ science and other institutions) force you away from your natural instinct to bond and be initmate and into something that you don't instinctively seek (but can do nevertheless!) through unequal power equaitons and other mechanisms.

Then man will make relationships with women but will have to resort to 'masturbation' as a way to give way -- albeit superficially -- to his real/ other seuxal instincts.

Masturbation is all the more important in the light of the kind of strict 'standardisation'/ heterosexualisation demanded by the modern society.

There is hardly any scope or space for a 'straight' man to bond sexually with another 'straight' man. Therefore, he is solely dependant upon masturbation to fulfill that part of his natural needs.

People are animals. If you talk to farmers, they will tell you they can tell how healthy the livestock is by looking at their tongues. Same things works for people.
