I don't know how much they are fighting gravity in the measurement (really it should be speed instead of distance, but I couldn't say how fast it flies without making some measurements...). I have some 'stains' on my ceiling too longshot, only my ceiling is the house roof so it slopes down and its only about a foot away. When sat at my computer i have shot over my shoulder before and thats gone quite far :D :D :D
