Making a Profit on Ebay

I became a multimillionare from selling nothing on e-bay. You can get it here for about 6 dollars, but I sell it for 3.

My wife makes money on Ebay. She likes to shop, and this gives her an excuse and she actually turns a profit.

She has a knack for finding things that people want. For instance, she picked up a whole case of foaming baby shampoo at Kays for like fifty cents a bottle and sold them at $20 a bottle. I always wondered if there was some illicit use for the shampoo, I mean, $20 a bottle!

She goes to sales and picks up discontinued items for $4 and sells them for $100. She likes to go to second hand stores, auctions, and yard sales and can spot valuable items,

Anyway, it's just a matter of buy low, sell high. But you really can't sell the same item for long because, as someone has already mentioned, when people see something sells, they jump on the bandwagon.

Yes. Like others, I though you were trying to sell some kind of drug. And we were right!! LOL!!!! :D

:roflmao:

Sorry man. It just sounded like it. It's good though! I mean... you gotta be able to sell for a good markup so that you can pay all the fees and still have money left. But as you said, even though the percentage is good, the real $ value is not that good. So it would be wise to search for something that is worth a lot! :)

I absolutely promise you that I make money selling on eBay. I don't intend to give away the best of my secrets.

But think about this: Some kinds of item have a predictable market price. Some kinds of item depend on simply catching the imagination/interest/excitement of bidders. It is this latter class of item that offers the prospect of high profit margins -- depending on your power to arouse and enthuse prospective bidders.

Also think about this: What am I doing to encourage bidders to identify ME, separately from a million other sellers, as someone they feel friendly towards/amused by/delighted to do business with?
