Guys,

When a process is described as a "linear gaussian process" is that clear or not? Why would someone think that it is redundant to call something "linear" and in the same breath say "gaussian"?

In my mind, it does not follow that if something is linear, it arises from a gaussian distribution of inputs.

Anyone with intuition for this stuff can give me some insights? :m:
