Hello,
Nowadays, Low Fats diet is substancially recommended.
Is it common to all or most, even in people whose lipids levels are on lower side?
For example, whole milk is a natural food but tonned milk(much fats removed) may not. Since fats promote bile secration, whether tonned milk will cause some bile defficiency/insufficiency?
Some quotes;
Best wishes.

Regulation of Bile Release
Fatty acids in the lumen of the duodenum stimulate endocrine cells to release the hormone cholecystokinin (CCK). CCK stimulates contractions in the smooth muscle of the gallbladder. As well, CCK causes relaxation of the sphincter of Oddi, allowing bile release into the duodenum.
