How much do humans cry?

This is not a rhetorical or sentimental question. I want a #number, say in milliliters, of tears a human sheds for a particular emotional event. Any stats and/or links much appreciated.

CONTEXT: I think it would be great if Worldometer added a "Liters of Tears" measure to their repertoire.

I'm sure it depends on a lot of things - but i'm trying to get an overall average and i need a starting point. For example, if an average person cries for 1 minute, how many cc's have they cried. This number has to be very accurate as everything else depends on it. Any ENT doctors out there? I've googled it to death to no avail!
