Could someone provide me with information or a link on how to culture leukocytes (specifically lymphocytes)?
Suggestions on passaging these cells would be useful as well.
I am working in a lab doing cancer research. We want to test the product we are using on some normal white blood cells as a control sample. they are having a little trouble proliferating and I am thinking that the proceedures that we use to keep our cancer cultures alive is not the optimal condition for these cells.
Currently we use a mixture of rpmi media with a few other ingredients.
