Again, no.

Healthcare does not lack the necessary features to be provided for in the free market. Just like food. Just like housing. Just like everything else. Anything can be provided for without resorting to inflicting or threatening to inflict physical harm against people who happen to live within a geopolitical area of land. As a matter of fact, one could argue your position is rather perverse, that being the threat of physical harm, to provide healthcare.

I mean, how asinine is that?

Here are the things we need to provide healthcare affordably, and of high quality:
1. Laws that protect property and uphold contract
2. Sound money derived through voluntary exchange
3. Freedom to trade with one another under #1 using #2

(4) For now, the one concession I will grant you, a LIMITED government that enforced #1, has nothing to do with #2 and is restricted from interfering with #3.

So, we live in a society with the largest most powerful government that has ever existed, it regularly violates #1 and #3 and removed the freedom to use #2. It's no wonder we have a totally screwed up healthcare. Everything is screwed up. Housing, University, Education - hell, 1 in 5 Government School graduates... GRADUATES lack the ability to read and write competently. THAT will be GovernmentCare.


Anyway, you're in luck. We have a Progressive Socialist for POTUS. He'd of the same mind as you regarding healthcare. So, we'll probably get GovernmentCare. At first, much like Government Schooling, it'll appear to be a great deal. Maybe we'll even stop funding the phony wars to pay for it all? A win-win. But not really. And as the decades pass, and your generation is long come and go, the legacy you will leave your grand children is a broken Government run Healthcare system that is a bloated bureaucracy, gong broke, that treats a very limited number of disease, sticks most bills onto the tax pay, is relatively shit, and we'll probably have to lose a bunch more civil liberties and personal privacy - you know, to make sure everyone is paying their fair share. Because they use the Healthcare, whether they want to or not. They're exist a nice private healthcare, that the wealthy will have access to - whether that has to exist in the USA (which it will) or not.

Eventually, the system will collapse, however long it takes - and we'll return to these fundamental ingredients needed for a prosperous society.

I have listed a half dozen for you, sometimes all at once, sometimes one at a time. Why don't you know these things? You've seen them spelled out for you.

And what's the connection with Russian election hacking? Faith based reality perception ?

It's deduction, not induction. Free markets, to work and be stable and exist over time, require (according to game theory, basic economic theory, and observationally verified aspects of human nature) certain things to be the case. They are not the case with health care. Some aspects - drug manufacturing and supply, minor products whose primary virtue is mild symptom relief, that kind of thing - can be set up as free markets of their own. But not the whole shebang.

You have a similar problem trying to set up free market road systems and water supplies and other "natural monopolies".
