i know we dream all the time, but theres thoes dreams you realize and the ones you dont

is there a way i can get more of the dreams you realize are going on in your head

i usally get these before i wake up and my dreams are so wierd and well "interesting"

i wanna have them more!

Set the alarm clock to go off at a time when you're normally asleep. If you are having a

dream when that happens, you'll remember it. Turn on the light and write down as much of

the dream as possible, otherwise you'll forget it.

When you set it for is very important. Do some searches on google to determine when you would be dreaming with your sleep cycle.

Also, it helps that after you wake up, go back to sleep for about an hour and have the alarm go off again.

You can induce dreams (without herbs too). It's simple. Set your alarm clock
for sometime you know that you will be sleeping. When you wake up, set
your alarm clock for 1/2 an hour later and go back to sleep. Now, why are
we doing this? Quite simply, we are all prone to slipping into REM sleep if
woken and then going back to sleep. When the alarm goes off the 2nd time,
you will probably awake from a dream.

Most important to remembering dreams is that you need to wake naturally...this means without disturbance such as alarm clock, loud noises, etc.
Sleep is in 1 1/2 hour cycles I do believe, so attempt to schedule it as such. Most often though you will find that waking natually often allows you to remember most of your dreams.

If you would like to control your dreams there is a form of hypnosis, in a way. Listening to a constant sound at a constant tempo and slowly falling into a sleep like state can create a sort of vivid day dream.
Wondering if this works with music? Any thoughts?

I actually disagree with this (based on personal experience). Regardless
of how I wake up, if I was in the middle of a dream I will remember it
right then and there. Of course, if I jump out of bed, head to the shower,
etc... that dream will become a fleeting memory unless I spend some time
thinking about it (circulating the ol' memory).
