Specially if that person is called Julian Assange? :)

"Lawyers for Julian Assange have expressed anger about an alleged smear campaign against the Australian WikiLeaks founder.
Incriminating police files were published in the British newspaper that has used him as its source for hundreds of leaked US embassy cables.
In a move that surprised many of Mr Assange’s closest supporters on Saturday, The Guardian newspaper published previously unseen police documents that accused Mr Assange in graphic detail of sexually assaulting two Swedish women. One witness is said to have stated: “Not only had it been the world’s worst screw, it had also been violent.”

I'm kinda lost in your grammar. Your title is ambiguous. Are you asking if it's moral for someone to release info about their own sex life? Or for someone to release info about someone else's sex life?

In the USA, once information gets into the hands of the police and the judicial system, it becomes public record and there is no expectation of privacy. I don't know how the laws are in other countries.

Furthermore, in the USA, once you become a "public figure," you have very little claim to privacy except what you can provide yourself with stone walls, tinted car windows and bodyguards. That applies to politicians, entertainers, sports stars, major corporate executives, just about anyone who's been on the front page of the newspaper or prime-time TV news. That certainly describes Assange.
