Interactions and effects?

Hello,

We can interact with any substance either energetically via five senses+thinking OR physically by ingesting it.

Ingestion effects are well documented. How energetic effect are possible?

Eg; if we take an object in our hand. It means we are looking it by its reflected spectrum, feeling it by its heat/radiation, tasting it, getting smell of it, hearing its sounds and thinking/memorizing about it etc.

As such, whether all such energetic interactions effect us or not, though minutely?

if you like what you see and are happy about it then brain releases spesific neurotransmitters and endorphines in brain that make you feel good... thats effect.

specific nerve endings also response to cold/heat and have effect on our body.

Thanks. I think cephalic phase effect, variations in blood flow due to temp. are two other effects.
