I would like to know more about the similarities of Indo-european religions. For example Zeus in Greek mythology, Jupiter in Roman mythology and Dyeus Pitar in Indian mythology are the same sky gods. Similarly is modern Hinduism part of the Indo-European religions? If so is there in any diety in Hinduism that bare similarity with the ancient gods?
