That's a tough one, has it ever been done before?
In a good condition would be nice. Prefrably with women running the countries(ofcoure reporting back to me) as women are usualy more peaceful than men so an attack on my power would be less likely.
The whole world hasnt been taken over but i think Genghis Khan took over about half the known world. I think the Ottoman empire took over quite a lot aswell.

The world you know about is the one that you are surrounded by every day. You need to be in charge of where you are and your surroundings first to see if you do a good job there with those you know and who you live with.

Best thing to do is let other nuisances do it for you. Like propagating a world war. Propaganda is your greatest weapon; a fascist named Hitler used it. Make sure the war eliminates the strongest country, or create one during the war, only to destroy them later so your entry will be a little easier. Tip the momentum of the war in favor of the stronger country and then assassinate their leader, label him a fascist and lay down better living conditions for his countrymen. At the same time get closer to the lesser countries, they will be too drenched in victory to realize your gradual inclination to power, then ultimately unite them under a treaty of some kind or cite economic dependency. What you can do with propaganda is endless. Just remember that madness is an exception in the individual but a rule in group. A lesson in the abyss of propaganda
You can dream your day dream in 21st century and die within 100 years, so when 22nd century comes. Those little pupils in schools would know for sure that those who worships hegemony is only arrogant clown. Cause heroes are saints that take 9 planets like apples. Taking over Earth, which is not even a tiny star ( u should know why earth is not a star if u know just a lil bit of astronomy), is an ancient dream that never brings the entire human race weal.
