"I am Alpha and I am Omega"

The quote was from the article. I believe the Bible usually has the
quote "I am Alpha and Omega". Alpha means "the first or the
beginning" and Omega means "the last or the end".

aye, but Im pretty sure htere is a the there, Not that it matters i just like it better, And if you havnt heard my new preaching.. IM PERFECT SO IM RIGHT =P j/k

lol, OK JooJoo, you win, no argument from me! Also, I think I had
better explain, I am no fan of Jecharia Stitchin. I had heard the
name before, but I have never read one of his books. I just thought
the article was interesting because I thought it was well written,
contained a little middle eastern history some of which I had either
forgotten or didn't know, and contained a bit of new-to-me information about U S Forces and ancient treasures in Iraq. I don't
know how much of the article is based on fact, reguarding the above.
I certainly don't believe the human race was created by people
from the "12th planet" or whatever Stitchen's theory is. I will say,
however, that I neither subscribe to nor rule out the "ancient
astronaut" theory of most religions being based on the possibility
of ancient man giving god status to visitors from another place. Now,
let me make it clear, I DID NOT say I "believed" the ancient astronaut
theory, Just that I do not completely rule it out.

Zecharia Sitchin

Actually I have read few of his books and compared to Erich Von Daniken he really gives us an insight in to the earlier sumerian civilization. For instance the planet Neptune has been described in the Sumerian text and also Planet Pluto was mentioned in Sumerian text before any of these planets were discovered by our present day scientists.

Also by the way he is just one of the 300 persons who can read and understand Sumerian text on this planet..

I am skeptic of his theories but I do give credit where it is due...he does say some compeling things which makes you wonder rather than some weird Biblical stories without logic.
