firstly we would need to increase the size of our skull. so how do we increase the size of brains non-surgically. perhaps some kind of mutagen to modify the dna.
 
The size of our heads is kinda limited by women's birth canal.
I think we should just go with chip implants - it is coming sooner than you think.

Well, first you'd have to change us to be marsupial. Human females can't pass human babies with bigger heads; even now there are problems with the whole process due to head size (head has to be compressed and deformed, women experience incontinence, infertility and a lot of pain due to fetal cranial size.)
 
Is it a safe assumption that brain size is merely your means to an end - the end being increased intelligence? That should probably be made explicit to contextualize your question.

It is unlikely that physical brain size is currently the rate limiting factor in intelligence.

I think it might be more useful to work on increasing the number of neural connections.
 
Hominid brains seem to have increased in size quite rapidly until heidelbergensis wherein it topped out at 1800cc.
Then neanderthalensis had a slightly smaller brain, and sapiens an even smaller brain.

Size alone may not be quite as important as some may assume.

It has been postulated that neanderthal's larger brain most likely produced problems during birth which may have led to not having enough babies to keep the population growing, or even stable.

then ask how much bigger their brains were
then ask if the brain size is a limiting factor of the intellect of the average person on the street.

then ask your question again.

Einstein was the exception, not the rule.
He compensated for his small brain size by having an abnormal neural network which was superior to the average configuration.

While it is true that females have smaller brains, the spacing between their neurons is smaller, so they have EXACTLY the same amount of brains cells as males, that is why males and females are almost intellectually the same as each other.

Obviously, if you grow a female's brain, and give her more cells, she is going to be smarter than a female who has less cells than her...
The final outcome of course depending on course of quality of life, quality of training materials, body health, etc.

For further purposes I am referring to the second post of mine, which is to say Brain Density instead of size, size does not indicate the actual amount of cells in a brain, but naturally one would want to increase brain size in order to not have too highly packed a density.

What I would suggest is that, after analyzing the article to summarize, in a few short paragraphs, your findings to me in order that me might expedite this whole process.
In the interest of the Global Consciousness, since you seem to have read the article on your own, it would be far less work for the Global Consciousness for you to simply, take a few minutes and summarize your findings to me, rather than for me to go through the trouble at spending hours of reading the article in it's entirety.

We are all slaves of the matrix but to what degree? I dont have my cellphone planted inside me. So if I ever want to disobey one of their fascist draconian laws I won't have a chip in me for their brainless robotic dogs to track me down. I have no tether to my cellphone, I can leave it and go off-grid if I want to.

Second the whole point is to have bigger infants with bigger brains so which is easier, a large woman or small woman for that purpose.

Well, no. Bigger women give birth to bigger female fetuses, so you don't solve that problem.

We are 'evolving' in that direction anyway. Head sizes are slowly getting bigger; our solution has been Cesarean deliveries.

have neurologists concluded in some manner to suggest brain size is a determining factor of the difference in human intellectual measurable outcome ?
e.g
the emancipation of the female of the species(currently in progress)
were you to apply a test and see that women are equal to men currently, would it not seem only logical that given more time women will surpass men ?
