How the hell would you fake Cushing's Syndrome?

I read somewhere that this is one of the common disorders faked by people with Munchausen Syndrome.

How the hell do you fake an overdose of cortisol? You would have to get actual cortisol from somewhere, and inject it, and that would look terribly obvious.
