can i get the recomended daily intake of fruits and vegtables from only eating potatos and drinking apple/cranberry juice?

Probably. However they're hard on your stomach, drink them in moderation; for example, if you have an ulcer (which many of my age have), don't drink juices eat the fruit. Potatoes alone will not give you all the vitamins needed from vegetables, they're just better than pastabut would drinking all natural juices level out the vitamin intakes that i need?
