I was thinking a lot lately on what makes people happy, it's one of the most important questions of human existence. I also think I have figured it out. It isn't money, it isn't sex, it isn't power, health, popularity, attractiveness, are even intelligence. It's performance, the ability to achieve your goals no matter what they may be. If you can't achieve your goals you will be forever unsatisfied but if you do achieve them you will be satisfied and content. Now together let us logically analyze the ops assumption.

That is quite like a song in the musical Wicked that asserts: "Happiness is when all your dreams come true."

When your whole mentality sums beyond all seperate moments then you will fuse with perpetual completion.

This is why you cannot locate the position "now" although it perpetually exist.

This is freedom found through inspiration, this is what fuels your performance it also provides happiness it's why you perform it is happiness the end goal of performance.

Inspiration is happiness, effective performance gets you inspired and you feel happy.

I think your message is lacking.

Other things than my personal achievements bring me joy.

Well, when my brother was declared free of cancer, that made me pretty happy.

When my friend told me he was going to be a dad.

Etc.

Did you talk about this event with your friend prior to it becoming reality? Did you and your friend speak of this as to be a happy moment in the future, if it was to happen?

Then you have to dream again and again otherwise the happiness becomes a status quo

Happiness is to feel secure and satisfied with what you have. Believing in God make people happy.

The human brain has two centers of consciousness. This dual reference is what allows one to be self aware. One is both the observer (center 1) and the subject (center 2) when they are self aware. Happiness is connected to self awareness of both centers, in that this allows the two centers to be on the same page. The reward by the brain is a dose of endorphins that we interpret as happy.

People who are fortunate enough to make money, doing what they like do, have an overlap between what is innate and that which is by choice; job. If one is meant to paint or dance, but they have to work at something different from this innate ability; unconscious center, they will have a hard time being happy.

They may attempt to align with a sub center, like an appetite using their money. For example, they may try to align the two centers, with food, but one will never remain happy, other than when they are eating. One has to find the true center of self awareness and not a secondary center.

If you achieve all of your goals, you're not setting your sights high enough. Happiness and contentment are not the same thing.
I disagree some people are happy accomplishing small goals and some are happy doing larger ones it's all relative...Many women are happy just to get married and have kids with a financially stable and attentive husband.

Did you read what you quoted? I said that happiness and contentment are not the same thing. Some people are content with achieving small goals and some are happier when they never reach contentment.
