The Sun is falling ? To where exactly ?
Any way the rubber sheet is the simplest analogy
Assume this sheet is stretched so that it is perfectly level , then the Sun is introduced by dropping the sun into the middle of this sheet , because of the mass of the sun it will , bend this sheet of rubber or gravity
And the bend is the " gravity " , that is how Einstein fundamentally views gravity
Gravity to Einstein is geometry based
In technical terms, there is nothing that says that the Sun is not falling ''up'', up being used in an arbitrary sense, being a limited visual distance we can see at in the Universe, there is no ''background'', to make a comparison to ''up''.
So how does the rubber sheet analogy explain Gravity in this instance, if the Sun was falling ''up'' ?
If they get enough reports about the nonsensical stuff he preaches, it will be moved I'm sure.
Maybe more people need to use the report button instead of just ignoring him.
He has had one post already moved to pseudoscience, and another under consideration for the cesspool.
How can something with a question mark on the end be cesspool material?

Because there is no real rubber sheet that the Sun indents. There is no "incline" to it. There is no "north" in the Universe. You are making assumptions that are incorrect; namely, that an analogy has a real world physicality. It's like someone who thinks that Schrodinger's Cat is a real cat that is being killed (or spared) millions of times a day, every time a random event occurs.
Because your question has been answered, but you refuse to accept them and then return fire with your childish nonsensical views, such as,

The problem here is that not only are you talking gibberish, you are talking vague gibberish. If you explain yourself more, perhaps your posts would improve to the level of just being wrong, after which we would be able to help correct them. But you won't -- you'll just repeat your vague gibberish even after people point out that it is nonsense and try to help you fix it. Because you aren't really trying to learn.
It's worse than 'incapable of learning'. It's choosing ignorance over scholarship.
The reports system has improved considerably since the forum software update. We're more likely to be able to police this kind of thing consistently now, so please use the "report" button.
Note, however, that there must be a breach of the forum posting guidelines, and not just the posting of incorrect information. Repeatedly and knowingly posting nonsense - especially to the science sections - is another matter.
I did post a list of "nonsense" from him in post 96, all taken from his various posts in the first 5 pages of the thread and near all were claimed with out any provisos by the relevant poster.
It will be Interesting to see if he adheres to that.
