Buyers hope rich Arabs will flock back after Saddam is gone

BAGHDAD - Iraq is enjoying an unexpected property boom as canny Arabs snap up undeveloped sites in the most desirable areas of Baghdad and Basra, the Sunday Telegraph reported.

Residents in Iraq and Kuwait are gambling on the belief that once Iraqi President Saddam Hussain is removed, the land will become prime development sites for hotels, clubs and luxury homes. (Full text here )

What's wrong with being opportunistic? They are anticipating a time of prosperity after the storm, and want to be in on the ground floor. I don't see anything wrong, or moraly objectable about it.
