30+ is obese. While women have more body fat, that doesn't have anything to do with the BMI scale. Even in your half ass logic, as fat weighs less than muscle, a woman that weighed 180 lbs at 6' would be FATTER than a man the exact same height and weight. LIE BETTER.

That guys arms (spec. triceps) are a bit bigger than mine are, other than that, he has a very similar physique as mine.
