Entertainment News? Hawking abuse case closed - no charges

Apparently, I'm out of the loop. But the AP reports that investigators have concluded that Stephen Hawking has not been repeatedly abused or assaulted in his home. Hawking himself called the charges false.

Fine. But click the link. Why the hell is this "Entertainment News"?
